By creating an account, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Bonus Terms, and the License page. If you disagree, do not use the services.

Payments

Use only your own payment instruments. We may set method-specific limits, fees, and review windows. Chargebacks and reversed payments lead to suspension and investigation.

Bonuses and wagering

Bonus availability, wagering, contribution, max bet, and excluded games are defined in Bonus Terms. Irregular betting, hedging, and abuse are prohibited.

Responsible gaming

Tools include limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion. Raising limits may require a cooling-off delay. We can intervene based on risk indicators.

Fair use and prohibited conduct

No bots, exploits, multi-accounting, collusion, VPN misuse where restricted, or tampering with software. We may void affected wagers.

Intellectual property

All content and software are protected. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the services.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts for legal, security, AML, or policy reasons. Balances are handled per applicable rules.

Liability

Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for network failures, third-party outages, or indirect losses allowed to be disclaimed by law.

Dormant accounts

Inactive accounts may incur a reasonable administrative fee after prior notice, as permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect on publication. Continued use indicates acceptance.
